<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; LETTER-SPACING: 0.75pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">本区从事中小学、幼儿园和中专职校的年龄在<B><SPAN lang=EN-US>35</SPAN>周岁以下（含<SPAN lang=EN-US>35</SPAN>周岁，<SPAN lang=EN-US>1979</SPAN>年<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>月<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>日以后出生</B>）的青年教师、教育教学管理人员和研究人员（包括校长、教导主任和区县教师进修院校从事教研、教科研、德育等研究人员，下同）。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; LETTER-SPACING: 0.75pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">（一）具有研究水平的<B>初、中级职称</B>的从事中学、小学、幼儿园、中专职校等教育工作的青年教师，须由两名（至少有一名同学科）的具有高级职称的教师（专家）对课题进行推荐并经学校同意。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; LETTER-SPACING: 0.75pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">（二）申报以一人为宜，如以课题组形式申报，人数则一般不要超过<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>人，且申报者必须是本研究课题的负责人，<B>课题组其他成员也应为初、中级职称的适龄青年教师</B>。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; LETTER-SPACING: 0.75pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">（一）研究的领域应在教育思想、课程教材、教育教学过程、现代教育信息技术的研究和应用、教育教学评价、教育教学管理等实践或理论研究的范围内。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; LETTER-SPACING: 0.75pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">根据市教委教研室对青年课题的管理要求，今年我区申报的时间有所提前，请各学校于<B><SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN>月<SPAN lang=EN-US>17</SPAN>日</B>前将申报的课题送至区教育学院科研室各学段分管科研员（丽园路<SPAN lang=EN-US>478</SPAN>号<SPAN lang=EN-US>304</SPAN>或<SPAN lang=EN-US>305</SPAN>室），同时把课题申请表电子版上传到区科研网站（<SPAN lang=EN-US><A href="http://hpky.hpe.cn/"><SPAN style="TEXT-DECORATION: none; COLOR: black; text-underline: none">http://hpky.hpe.cn</SPAN></A></SPAN>），进行网上申报。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
